This is to inform that the following policies of the Company have been revised and adopted in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 effective April 01 2019.
1. Policy on Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. (Enclosed)
2. Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons.
