Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday 1st April 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2020 to the Stock Exchanges.
The date of Board Meeting for approval or the Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2020 shall be intimated in due course.
