Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 11th February 2020 inter-alia to Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended 31st December 2019.
Further as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will be opened on 14th February 2020 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31st December 2019.
