Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

We hereby inform you that in view of the Lockdown instructions given by Central Govt. and State Govt. (Telangana) caused due to COVID-19 the company temporarily suspended the operations at its manufacturing facilities and other offices. While extreme safety measures were in place much before the Lockdown we had to close the office in line with the instructions of the Central / State Government / Local Authorities and will continue to abide by any further Government orders issued in this regard.
The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will decide on resumption of its operations based on further directives from the Government.
Our business is mainly dependent on the Central Govt. and State Govts. If due to impact of the COVID-19 the Govts reallocate funds to fighting the crisis it may have a major financial impact on the industry. At this moment the expected financial impact is not known.
