We would like to inform you that as per the Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insiders Trading) Regulation 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulation) and in view to the clarification letter issued by the BSE Limited vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 20th April 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulation the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors officers and designated Employees of the Company from April 01 2020 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended 31st March 2020.
Owing to the country lock down declared by the Government of India on the outbreak of COVID_19 all the employees are working from home and hence the signature letter head and the rubber seal of the Company cannot be affixed.
