Pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st January 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019 to the stock exchanges.
