In continuation of our earlier letter of date intimating about outcome of the Board
meeting of the Company held today i.e. 8th November 2019 inter-alia approving the
unaudited Financial Results (stand-alone and consolidated) for the 2nd quarter and half
year ended September 30 2019 this is to inform you that there was a typo error in
meeting commencement time which should be read as 11.15 a.m. instead of 11.15 p.m.
