Pursuant to Regulation 30read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 [SEBI (LODR)] Mr. Anupam Garg (DIN: 05182137) Independent Director of the company tendered his resignation vide letter dated 14.11.2019 from directorship of the company due to not able to devote sufficient time to the Company and personal reasons w.e.f. 14.11.2019 and Board of Directors of the company in Meeting held on Thursday the 14th Day of November 2019 at 3.00 P.M. at Registered office of the Company at A-7 Shopping Centre Kota- 324007 (Rajasthan) inter alia took on record the Resignation of him.
Further as per the confirmation received from Mr. Anupam Garg no other material reasons for resignation other than as disclosed.
Further we have enclosed disclosure pursuant to Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR)
