ROLTA INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve In accordance with provisions of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of Rolta India Ltd (the Company) will be held on Wednesday February 12 2020 inter alia to consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2019.

Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window in respect of dealing of Equity Shares of the Company will remain close upto 48 hours after the financial results are made public on February 12 2020 for all the Directors Connected Persons and Designated Employees including their dependent family members.
