Outcome Of The Board Meeting

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. 13th day of February 2020 the Board has approved the un-audited financial results (Standalone) of the company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2019 which have been subjected to the Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the company in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) of as amended by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Amendment Regulations 2016. A copy of the said results along with the limited review report issued by the Statutory auditors of the company is enclosed herewith and the same are being uploaded on the website of the company ie. www.rajtvnet.in. The quarterly results would also be published in the newspapers in the format prescribed in the Listing Regulations.
