Closure of Trading Window

In terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders of the Company the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from 1st April 2020 till after the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) pertaining to the Company is taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its meeting scheduled for the purpose and is thereafter disseminated in the public domain by the Company latest by 48 hours after conclusion of the said Board Meeting.
