Intimation For Temporary Suspension Of Operations Of Factories And Offices Due To Pandemic Of Novel

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and as per the directives of the Government of India we wish to intimate you that the Company has decided to suspend Operations at all their offices and manufacturing locations in India w. e. f. March 23rd 2020 to March 31st 2020 to ensure the safety of employees\workers and contain the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID19).
We shall keep the exchange further updated with subsequent developments from time to time regarding the subject matter.
