With reference to above this is to inform you that the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Monday 26th day of August 2019 at Sardarshahr Parishad 11 Dr. Rajendra Prasad Sarani (Clive Row) 5th Floor Kolkata- 700 001 at 03:00 P.M. The remote e-voting period commenced on 23rd August 2019 (9:00 am) and ends on 25th August 2019 (5:00 pm). Thereafter the following resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting were proposed and seconded by the members.
