Results- Unaudited Financial Results As Per Revised Format For The Quarter Ended 30Th June 2019

The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 7th August 2019 has approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019. As per Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations we have already submitted the Financial Results and Limited Review Report vide letter dated 7th August 2019.
As informed to us via email from BSE dated 16th August 2019 we are hereby submitting the Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2019 as per NBFC (Division III) Format of Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 33 Listing Regulations alongwith the Limited Review Report.
