This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with NSE Circular No. NSE /CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular No.LIST/COMP/Ol/2019- 20 dated 2nd April 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/Connected Persons with effect from 31st March 2020 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and the financial year ended 31st March 2020.
