Continuation Of Manufacturing Operations Under Approval Of Government Of Karnataka

This is to inform you that the Company has sought permission from the Government of Karnataka to continue the manufacturing operations of the Company at its Peenya Plant with effect from 17th April 2020 which is falling under essential goods under the COVID-19. However the continuation of manufacturing operations will be carried on under instruction given in Permission Letter for prevention of COVID-19.
The letter of approval for continuation of operations dated 16/04/2020 is attached for your reference.
