Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam
Pursuant to the above mentioned regulation the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday April 1 2020 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on March 31 2020.
The date of the Board Meeting to be held for considering inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results for the above mentioned period will be intimated to the stock Exchange in due course of time as per the provisions of the LODR.
