Considering the cascading effects of COVID19 worldwideRamco Systems Limited and its subsidiaries located across the globe(Ramco Systems) have been taking all the recommended precautions in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the respective countries where it has business operations.In order to ensure the safety and well-being of its employees as well as that of the societyRamco Systems has allowed its employees to work from home wherever required and will continue to provide services to our clients.The company has also decided to slightly scale down its operations/offices by way of full/partial closure of its offices in line with the instructions of respective regulatory authorities.The duration of the said disruption in operations is unforeseeable in the current circumstances and dependent on the improvement of the situation as well as the directions of the Government.In this evolving situationthe overall adverse impact to the company is not immediately assessable
