Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that in view of the various directives issued by Central/State Governments/ Municipal Authorities to prevent and contain the spread of COVID19 and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and all stakeholders the Company had closed its offices manufacturing facilities and warehouses.
The Company had already moved to Work from Home Policy for its employees.
In this evolving situation the overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company is not immediately assessable. The Company will continue to assess the situation and will consider the resumption of its business operations at an appropriate time once the situations permit.
