TAMIL NADU NEWSPRINT & PAPERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday13th February 2020 at the Registered Office at Chennai inter-alia to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2019.
Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and as per the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by the designated persons the trading window of the Company has already been closed from 1st January 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2019.The same has already been informed to Stock Exchanges vide our letter dated 31.12.2019.
