Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Insider Trading Regulation Code the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from March 21 2020 upto 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange for the year ended March 31 2020.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31 2020 will be informed in due course.
