Deal-hungry customers will force Airtel, Vodafone, Jio to raise the pitch on brand promotions

In a letter to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India recently, Reliance Jio Infocomm accused Bharti Airtel of introducing discriminatory tariff plans in the marketplace and using misleading advertisements to promote its services.
