After a decade of arguing over words, commas and full stops, India and the US have finally inked an agreement that will allow their militaries to replenish from each other’s logistic facilities, including bases. This was signed on Monday during Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar’s ongoing three-day visit to the US, during his sixth meeting with his US counterpart, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter.
