Indian banks' loans rose 9.6 per cent y/y in two weeks to Aug 19

Bank deposits fell Rs 330.50 billion to Rs 97.26 trillion in the two weeks

RBI'sdatashowedthatoutstandingloansfellRs203.30billiontoRs72.76trillioninthetwoweekstoAug19.Non-foodcreditfellRs192.10billionrupeestoRs71.72trillion,whilefoodcreditfellRs11.10billiontoRs1.04trillion.
